1. Grant of Commercial License

When you generate, customize, and download vector SVG and PNG assets using AI Logo Generator, you are granted a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to:

• Use the generated logo across commercial websites, software applications, and digital platforms.
• Print the logo onto physical merchandise, packaging, business cards, signage, and marketing materials.
• Modify, recolor, scale, or adapt the vector SVG code in any graphic design software.
• File for trademark registration and intellectual property protection in your respective commercial territory.

2. No Royalty Fees or Attribution Mandates

You are under no obligation to pay licensing fees, recurring subscriptions, or provide backlink attribution to our platform when using your exported logo assets.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use our procedural vector generation engine to create logos containing unlawful, defamatory, hate speech, or infringing marks.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Users remain responsible for conducting independent trademark clearance checks prior to commercial product launch.
